Product Description
Chipotles are smoke-dried jalapeno chiles; they have a medium spiciness, and a smoky sweetness. Use chipotles in authentic Mexican salsas, for use with poultry, pork, or seafood. Toast dried chiles over an open flame, and rehydrate in warm water; add chiles to roasted garlic, onions, tomatoes (or tomatillos), and cilantro, and blend thoroughly. Season the salsa with salt, pepper, and lime juice, and serve over grilled fish, chilaquiles, or shrimp kebabs.[tr id=ourprice]
