to agree with the other reviewers...sounds terrible - tastes amazing.
It has a lighter texture than butter. It also reminds me a little of
creme fraiche. I love it on English Muffins with Lemon Curd. Those 3
items make a killer (and different) little gift basket too. Buy this delicious clotted cream!!

what is clotted cream? You make clotted cream by heating and cooling
milk, allowing the cream to rise in "clots," and then skimming the
clots from the top. (This is sometime called Devonshire cream, as
well.) The result is a thick yellowish spread that tastes to me like
whipped butter, but sweeter and not salty.
