This day I'll introduce you about Bavaria Landjager from amazon and I read about that ,I think that wonderfull.

Bavarian Landjager - Sausage sticks
These sticks were ok. Not what I'm used to though. Not dry enough and a bit on the greasy side. If you like softer Landjager then you'll probably like these.

This landjager was nicely seasoned and had excellent texture. Not the best I've ever had, but very good.
Just as I remember from my childhood
These are just like the ones my grandmother bought in Queens, NY from the local German butcher store! I do recomend opening the package and letting them dry out a bit. I opened mine in the fridge....very hi quality!
