ABountifulHarvest - Don't Honor Customer Satisfaction Pledge
I recently ordered Chocolate from ABountifulHarvest (25 pc Belgian Nut Assortment for Mom's birthday). It was delivered (FedEx) to her house a melted mess. She tossed it. On ABH's web site thru Amazon, a third level screen contained the $55 express (1-day) shipping suggestion in an untitled note. Also on the site is a ABH pledge striving for customer satisfaction.

ABountifulHarvest will not ship another box even if I now pay the $55 express shipping. So I loose; $54.95 (candy + 2-day shipping fee).
Great way to treat paying customers. People at ABH are part of the reason the USA's economy currently sucks.
