I've definitely had better
Got this cake special ordered for my birthday. Picked it up directly from the bake shoppe. I have to say, not the best cake. Too many chunks, kind of dry and crumby. Frosting was good, just wish the cake had a more "cake"-like consistency. Felt as though I was eating a pile of crumbs, and not even good crumbs at that. Disappointed. Thought this would be so fresh and delicious since I picked it up directly from the shoppe. Can't imagine it would be that good if it gets mailed out to you. Cheesecake Factory's carrot cake is sooo much better.
