Shipping and handling gone beserk !!!!!

The product itself was excellent. However, the shipping and handling
was actually $16.50. For that price I should have received at least
next day or 2 day service. I didn't receive it for 5 days. Nothing
special about the shipping-no dry-ice-no excessive weight---what's up
with this?
