White Kidney Beans (Haricots Lingots) - Dried
Have a nice time i find White Kidney Beans (Haricots Lingots) - Dried from amazon and I read about that ,I think that wonderfull.

Tough beans
Maybe I don't know what these are supposed to be like, so I won't give them a one star, but these were tough - the skin was tough no matter how long I cooked them. I used them in a cassoulet, and the next time I will go for plain white beans and not bother with white kidney beans.
