After
reading the reviews, I went right to my local store and bought a bar,
for the same price. Very good! Really--it's darn good chocolate. Now,
am I missing something, or are we expected to spend $12 on shipping for
it? If you're willing to, please contact me right away, since I have a
lot of stuff I'd like to sell you. Best Dark Chocolate Bar I've Found
I've
tried every dark chocolate bar I can find and this is definitely my
favorite. My wife's too. It is so much better than the other options
that we were willing to travel an extra 20 miles to shop at the grocery
store that carried them. Alas, it is now only available online... Sheer perfection.
This
is without a doubt the best 70% chocolate I have ever tasted. Way above
the so-called top brands, such as Valrhona and El Rey, both of which
have never impressed me. The texture is smooth and creamy, and the
taste is full of complexity - rich, but not overbearing. It has a nice
espresso flavor, but no bitterness, just a perfect blend. I not only
eat this chocolate out of hand, but I also bake with it, and use it to
make chocolate ice cream. You could not ask for better results. To
summarize, this is a very unique, complex chocolate with a nice round
