A number of years ago, a hurricane caused us to evacuate our apartment here in Florida. We headed north and ended up at the beautiful Callaway Gardens where we stayed three days. Every meal we enjoyed the muscadine jelly, preserves, sauces and syrups. The stuff is one-of-a-kind and delicious.

While we plan on getting back to Pine Mountain, GA one of these days, being able to enjoy some of the sweet, grape jelly at home is a real treat. When we came back from our trip, our friends and family snagged all of the jars we bought - leaving us with none for ourselves! It's that tasty.

Muscadine is unique. If you like grape jelly or related berries, you'll really enjoy it. It's sweet and amazing on toasts and engligh muffins. I'm just overjoyed to get some again.

In my first shipment, one jar got cracked. But I called their toll-free number on the box and they sent out another one, which came amazingly wrapped and protected and showed up in two days. Very friendly people there and wonderful response.

Just try the muscadine. You'll love it. If you get a chance, take a trip to Callaway itself where you can treat yourself to even more Muscadine yumminess in person.
