I've
spent enough time in Europe to know good caramel and to know that the
best come from Italy and France. I was extremely disappointed in this
product. The consistency is rough;nearly like a fudge but not chewy in
a pleasing sense; waxy and mildly gritty - I wondered if they were
stale. The flavor is extremely sweet and again, has an almost stale

sweet and buttery. It arrived well packaged and very quickly. I will
