Terrific pasta to go with Pesto Rosso - or just basil leaves and butter
De Cecco uses only the best wheat for their pasta. I love these Fusilli!
The spirals make them stick to your tongue - which I think is funny...
I love my pasta al dente. I just boil them in water, adding the fusilli and sea water salt when the water is boiling.
When done, I pour out the water, put the pot back on the stove (to steam out the last drops of water) and put in a bit of salted butter and ground pepper. Add a few fresh basil leaves, HMMMMM! What time is it? 3 p.m. - will have to wait another 4 hours...
